I spoke to the nurse Julie an she was more than helpful, she was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the other services you offer such as the mental health service.

Colette was really helpful and offered lots of help and guidance. I have been using the Brook services for 3 years now and it truly is a great service. It has managed extremely well during Covid too and I feel it has actually improved the services as having to pre-book has meant no waiting times/busy waiting areas.

Nothing needs to be improved - Staff were super helpful and call-back times/appointment times are really fast! :)
